The Chartiers Room, proudly owned and operated by the Bridgeville Volunteer Fire Department, is an award-winning venue that combines elegance, affordability, and exceptional service. The rental fee includes access to the venue, basic table and chair setup, use of the dance floor, and customized room configuration based on your event needs. For a wedding rental, you will receive six hours the day of and four hours the day before for set up. Length of rentals vary. Typically, weddings can reserve our venue for six hours with the option to add two more hours should you decide to hold the ceremony there as well. We welcome creativity and personal touches! However, we ask that you refrain from using items that may damage the venue, such as confetti, glitter, or candles without proper containers. You may also bring in any outside vendors of your choice.
Outside alcohol is permitted; please note that any alcohol must stay behind the bar for the duration of the rental.

To secure your event date, the Chartiers Room requires a $250 deposit at the time of contract signing with the final balance being due 30 days prior to the event date. A damage deposit of $250 is required 24 hours prior to your event date and will be returned to you after your event in the absence of any damage to the space.
The Chartiers Room requires liability insurance on all rentals either through customers own insurance or through Eventsured.com.
